At Bar-Zion Orthodontics we work with all plans that allow patients to choose their providers and we are in-network with many PPO plans. We accept the contacted insurance rate to maximize your orthodontic benefits!

There are many different agreements between insurance providers and their subscribers, and each contract provides a different benefit. Orthodontic insurance generally differs from regular dental insurance in that each insured individual usually has a lifetime maximum benefit. This benefit is paid as a percentage of the orthodontic fee over the course of treatment until the maximum benefit has been reached. The fees we charge for services rendered to those who are insured are our usual and customary fees charged to all patients for similar services.
If you do not see our office name on your insurance company’s list of in-network providers, please understand that for the majority of orthodontic insurance plans this will not influence your orthodontic benefit. We are committed to helping you maximize your orthodontic insurance benefit. When you call our office to schedule an appointment for your free initial examination, our staff will assist you in determining your orthodontic benefit coverage.
We file orthodontic insurance as a courtesy and convenience to our patients. We do not charge any additional fees to provide this service.
